Mr. Sudarshan Kumar Bansal, has more than 30 years of rich experience in all areas of IPRs and related fields and those relating to commercial, contractual, media and anti-trust laws. He has been handling all cases on behalf of well-established clients of United Overseas Patent Firm and United Overseas Trade Mark Company both in India and abroad. He is a member of all accredited IPR organizations viz, International Trademarks Association (INTA), APAA, AIPPI, IBA, PTMG and is widely travelled. He participated in and successfully completed the Industrial Property Management Program organized by Japan Institute of Invention and Innovation, Tokyo in 1998.
